Under sections 519.01 to 519.99 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Millcreek Township Board of Trustees has established a township Board of Zoning Appeals, composed of five appointed members and two alternate members who reside in the township. The Trustees have set each appointment to be a five (5) year term.
BZA members hear and decide on 1) appeals of the Zoning Administrator, 2) variance requests from the terms of the Zoning Resolution, and 3) requests for Conditional Use Permits as authorized in the Zoning Resolution.
