Millcreek Township in Union County, Ohio is a beautiful rural township nestled between Dublin, Marysville and Delaware,
in Southern Union County. With attractive homes, friendly neighbors and a rich tradition of farming and agriculture,
our community takes pride in education, sports and our long history.
In 2010, Millcreek Township had 1,305 residents. It is one of the fourteen townships of Union County; and while there are several Mill Creek Townships in Ohio,
there is only one “Millcreek” in the State. The area of Millcreek Township is 21.6 square miles, with frontage on U.S. Route 33 and U.S. Highway 42.

The Millcreek Township Trustees will hold the 2025 organizational meeting on Monday, January 6th at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Millcreek Township Community Building located at 10420 Watkins Road, Marysville, Ohio 43040.

The Millcreek Township Trustees regular monthly meeting will be held on Monday, December 2nd at 7:00 p.m., as previously scheduled.
In addition, the Trustees will hold the 2024 year-end meeting on Friday, December 20th at 8:30 a.m. Both meetings will be held at the Millcreek Township Community Building and are open to the public.

Zoning Resolution Amendment

The Millcreek Township Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss amendments to the Zoning Resolution Chapter 14 - Supplemental District Regulations, Alternative Energy including Wind Projects less than 5MW.
Also to be discussed are reformatting changes to Chapter 10 - Supplemental District Regulations including moving Flood Plain District language without modification to Reserved Chapter 17. The proposed draft suggests edits to grammar and formatting as well as updated recommended language regarding small wind projects.
The Zoning Commission will conduct the December regular meeting after the hearing concludes.
The meeting is open to the public at the Millcreek Township hall, located at 10420 Watkins Road, Marysville, OH 43040.

Due to conflicting appointments, the Millcreek Township regular meeting schedule for November and December will be amended. The Zoning Commission will meet on the 3rd Thursday in November (11/21/2024) and December (12/19/2024). All meetings will be held in the Millcreek Township Hall at 7:00 pm and are open to the public.

Regular Meeting Schedule 2024

The Millcreek Township Zoning Commission met in January and set the regular meeting schedule for 2024. The Commission shall meet the third Tuesday of each month for 2024, except for February. The meeting dates are as follows:
2/15/2024; 3/19/2024; 4/16/2024; 5/21/2024; 6/18/2024; 7/16/2024; 8/20/2024; 9/17/2024; 10/15/2025; 11/19/2024; and 12/17/2024.
All meetings being at 7:00 p.m. and are held at the Millcreek Township hall, located at 10420 Watkins Road, Marysville, OH 43040. The public is invited to attend.
