Under sections 519.01 to 519.99 of the Ohio Revised Code,
the Millcreek Township Board of Trustees has established a township zoning commission, composed of five members who reside in the unincorporated area of the township,
and are appointed by the board. The board of township trustees may appoint two alternate members to the township zoning commission, for terms to be determined
by the board of township trustees.
Role of the Zoning Administrator
The Millcreek Zoning Administrator administers and enforces the township zoning regulations and issues all permits
and acts as the key administrator for both the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. The Zoning Administrator
also conducts and assists in the development of studies, analyzes land use plans and makes recommendations in connection
with planning and growth for the Township.
